How It Works
When you place an order, you will be redirected to a secure Stripe payment page or an integrated checkout window. Your card or payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store or have access to your full payment details.
Currency & Charges
All prices on our website are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
If your card or account uses a different currency, Stripe will automatically convert the amount at the current exchange rate. Please note that your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions.

Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider — the highest level of payment security certification. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. Your data is transmitted securely between your browser, our site, and Stripe’s servers.
When Is My Card Charged?
Your payment is processed at the time of checkout. Once the transaction is authorized, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Payment Issues / Declined Transactions
If your payment fails or is declined, please double-check your card details and available balance.

Refunds
