Returns Conditions
- You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item
- The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
- Return shipping costs are borne by you (unless the return is due to our error).

Return Process
1. Contact us at
info@bruam.ch with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. We will issue a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
3. Ship the item back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
- We process refunds within 7 business days after we accept the return (inspection).
- Any original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake).

Exchanges
If you want to exchange for a different item or color, contact us and we’ll assist. If there’s a price difference, it must be paid or refunded.

Faulty / Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping in that case.

Cancellation before Shipping
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount (minus any transaction fees) as soon as possible. please not that we cannot refund custom items as we produce them only for you.

No Refunds / Returns for Certain Items
Some items (e.g. custom logo / personalized caps) cannot be returned unless defective by arrival.

If you believe there is a discrepancy or issue not resolved, contact us at
